From 3rd Week

Define Strategic Premises & Conduct Strategic Diagnosis

  1. Following the definition of the organization’s Mission and Core Values, we will conduct a strategic assessment through a SWOT Matrix, identifying key internal factors and mapping external opportunities and threats.
  2. Deliverables:
    2.1 Mission (Why we exist) 
    2.2 Core Values (How we behave)    
    2.3 SWOT Analysis (Internal + External)

From 4th to 5th Week

Define Strategic Premises & Conduct Strategic Diagnosis

  1. Define the organization’s long-term Vision, establish high-level Strategic Objectives aligned with the SWOT and desired future state, and structure them within a Balanced Scorecard based Strategic Map to ensure logical cause-and-effect alignment across key perspectives such as Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth.
  2. Deliverables:
    2.1 Vision (Our aspiration)   
    2.2 Strategic Mapp 
    2.3 Future State Vision

From 6th to 9th Week

Define OKRs for each Objective

  1. Define OKRs for each strategic objective, articulating a clear qualitative goal (Objective) supported by measurable quantitative outcomes (Key Results)
  2. Assign KPIs to each KR: To ensure performance tracking across strategic, tactical, and operational levels, and prioritize the launch of strategic projects and  initiatives aligned with the defined objectives-each with clear deadlines, budgets, and accountability.

From 10th to 12th Week

Strategic Governance

  1. Establish strategic governance by implementing Hoshin Kanri framework to align goals across all levels, supported by Balanced Scorecard, OKR dashboard to monitor  performance, guide learning, and sustain management routines-while ensuring that action plans are defined for each KPI, with clear ownership, deadlines, and accountability.
  2. Deliverables:
    2.1 Hoshin Plan linked with BSC      
    2.2 Action Plan for each KPI            
    2.3 Power BI Dashboard Management
